Multiplying Decimals By Powers Of Ten
  1. If you are multiplying by a power of ten greater than 1 (10, 100, 1000 etc.)
    1. Count the number of zeros.
      1. Move the decimal place to the right of that same number as how many zeros you have.
    2. If you are multiplying by a power of ten less than 1 (.1, .01 etc) then its going to be opposite.
      1. Count the number of digits fter the decimal in your power of ten.
        1. Move the decimal place to the left of that same number.
