Role
1. Adviser and assister to other departments
2. Provides logistical assistance to the entire organization. In this way, it makes sure it provides offices for all staff and office equipment needed by staff.
3. Is responsible for supervising the work done by the staff of the organization.
4. Makes sure that all equipments and machines are maintained
Connection with
1. Legal department
  1. Makes sure that the administration dept. takes into account and respect laws when making dessisions
2. Marketing
  1. Marketing activities are planned by management, and their execution is monitored through the administration department.
3. Production
  1. The administration department gives instructions to Production about what is needes to produce, in which quantity and also checks the correct performance of the department
4. Research and Development
  1. The administration department is responsable of checking and limiting the new technology done by the R&D. Research and development mixes new with old products in order to create better and more effient products
5. Human Resources
  1. Admin Department makes all the laws, rules and regulations; HR has to work in accordance to them. Administration dept. controls the good functioning of the HR dept.
6. Finance
  1. Assists in issues related to shares in other companies or financial strageties
7. Purchase
  1. Administration department makes the rules that Purchase has to take into account when buying
