    1. Homeostasis - Keeps your body balanced and senses what is happening to it.
      1. Stimuli - The Stimulus Response Model.
        1. Reflex Arc - The nerves that make you reflex.
          1. Body System - Your body and its many systems.
            1. Nervous System - The system that allows you to feel things.
              1. Nerves - One or more bundles of whitish fibers that make you sense things.
                1. Emotions - Your feelings.
                2. Endocrine System - A system of glands that produce endocrine secretions that help to control your body functions
                  1. Glands and Hormones - A substance that is produced by the body which is pumped out from a gland.
                3. Diffusion - To spread something more widely.
                  1. Osmosis - A fluid that passed through a semipermeable membrane into a solution where the solvent concentration is higher, which equalizes the concentrations of materials on either side of the membrane.
                    1. Diffusion of water - To spread out water.
                  2. Gas exchange - A process where gasses move from the opposite directions from the highest the lowest or other way around.
                  3. Communicating with energy
                    1. Electromagnetic Waves
                      1. Longitudinal Waves - A wave vibrating in the direction of propagation.
                        1. Transverse Waves - A wave where the medium vibrates at right angles of its propagation.
                          1. Reflected - To bounce back.
                            1. Absorbed - To be engulfed.
                              1. Transmitted - To be passed on from one thing to another.
                              2. Energy transportation
                                1. Conduction - When energy is transferred through another material.
                                  1. Thermal insulators - To reduce the amount of heat that is transferred onto something.
                                  2. Convection - the transfer of heat by the circulation or movement of the heated parts of a liquid or gas.
                                    1. Density - The amount of compactness in something.
                                      1. Convection current - The movement of hotter and cooler parts of liquids.
                                      2. Radiation - Spreading energy without having to touch something.
                                        1. Electricity - A form of energy that can be used as power.
                                        2. Communication - To interact with someone or something.
