What advice would you give someone with the following issues?
I'm always cramming to hand in an assignment or take an exam.
I just can’t catch up; I keep getting farther behind.
I can’t find blocks of time to study.
Hours go by and I don't get anything done.
I keep getting interrupted when I try to study.
Exercise activities are not graded and will not be viewed by your instructor. Your answers are for your benefit only.
Your Response
1.Take time and remember why you doing this
2.set a time for yourself to study everyday
3.talk to your instructor as you can
4.take small breaks
5.find a quiet place to study and shut off your phone
Your answers will vary. Here are some samples:
Set mini deadlines for when you will read each section of a lesson or complete part of an assignment, not just the last piece.
Talk to your instructor right away and make a plan together for how you can get back on track.
Work in smaller chunks of time, an hour or less whenever you have a few minutes to spare. Create flashcards.
Take scheduled breaks only or allow yourself only short (5–10 minute) breaks.
Find somewhere quiet, like a library or school to study. Turn off your phone and/or tell others you're busy.

Penn Foster Code of Conduct
Being a successful Penn Foster student means conducting yourself with honesty and integrity at all times. Academic dishonesty can be defined as any inappropriate activity in which the work submitted to the school doesn't represent the work of the enrolled student. Any act of plagiarism will not be tolerated and has the potential to earn strict disciplinary action from the Academic Standards Committee.
These are acts of academic dishonesty:
Submitting someone's work as your own
Submitting answers obtained by cheating or stealing
Providing answers to another student
Be sure to review the Code of Conduct (and additional helpful information related to Penn Foster) in your High School Student Catalog.
Plagiarism and Disciplinary Action
Plagiarism is dishonestly passing off another person's ideas or finished work as your own without giving credit to the source. It includes copying or paraphrasing something.
Any inappropriate behavior, such as plagiarizing, can result in several forms of disciplinary action. This would include anything from awarding a “1 percent” grade on an exam to termination. Faculty members will report inappropriate behavior by students; this will be forwarded to the Academic Standards Committee for action and a final decision.
Netiquette and Digital Footprints
Netiquette refers to the correct or appropriate way that people should communicate on the Internet. There are many examples of how to practice good netiquette. Here are nine rules to follow:
Always identify yourself and, when appropriate, the person whom you’re addressing.
Stay on topic.
Behave online only how you would behave in person.
Forgive misunderstandings—sometimes intended meaning isn’t communicated clearly, so remember to move on if someone’s intention is made clear later.
Discourage harassment and bullying.
Information you share anywhere online may eventually become public, so be careful what you share.
Respect others’ privacy.
Post only information you have verified to be true.
Don’t spam.
The end goal is to foster positive social interactions and trust between people in an online environment.
A digital footprint is the data (such as videos, photos, and words) that’s left behind when people use online websites. Once something is online, it could be there forever.
Think before you post a comment or write an email, and always be respectful. Keep your personal details, like your full name, address, phone number, usernames, and passwords, private.
