It is a global topic because the increase in countries all around the world, it ca happen in every part of the world, where the victim is privated from their rights, and sometimes killed or leave them to their fate

How ethics is related to this illegal activity?

It is related in a lot of ways, for example if a donor accepts that is an ethics fault from the one who accepted the stealed organ even they need it for whatever reason they have. And because the organ comes from a person whose rights were ignored and private it’s an unethical activity.
