Inner Dilator and Micro access wire removed - 55th step5th step
J tip wire inserted in Outer Dilator - 66th step6th step
Regular Sheath Inserted 5F or 6F - 77th step7th step
Have catheter and wire ready to insert - 88th step8th step
Move wire with catheter up to AO Arch (before AO valve)
Want wire to lead catheter
