Carb heat ON
Throttle CLOSED
When told to recover:
Control column forward to nose down
Throttle OPEN (gently move to full)
Gently pitch up to regain altitude - 4Stall in approach configurationINITIATE RECOVERY IMMEDIATELY
pitch nose down
apply power to minimise height loss - 5Standard approachPitch for speed
Power for height - 6Stall in landing configuration (full drag flaps)INITIATE RECOVERY AS SOON AS STALL WARNER SOUNDS
Pitch down to recover from stall
Power
Once positive rate of climb achieved, retract flaps
