1what is a client?client is the person/group of people who you work for for e.g. if someone works in a shop there client would be the manager etc.
2why is planning important?it is important to ensure that a project is going smoothly and running according to plan, the better the planning the more succesfull the project will be.
3what goes into a project plan?the things that go into the project plan are :- - work plan
- gantt chart
- project software
- production schedule
4what is a work plan?a simple table in a word processor listing activities, duration and resources.
5what is a gantt chart?a gantt chart is created by a spreadsheet software including tasks, duration and a chart to show completion.
6what is the typical content that is usually in a work plan?the usual things in can vary but usually have :-
- resources- catering, personnel, power supplies
- milestones- filming start date, broadcast target date
- activities- arranging catering or agreeing a bidget
- tasks- editing a script, hiring equipment
- workflow- sequence of activities
- timescales- client deadlines, time allocated costs
