Stated; Behaviour is learned from the environment through the process of observational learning.
Children observe the people around them.
Illustrated in bobo doll experiment. - 2Observational LearningChildren may imitate the behaviour they have observed.
1.Identification- More likely to imitate those who the child identifies with.
2. Reinforcement- Child likely to continue performing behaviour if the consequences are rewarding.

3. Self-reactiveness: monitoring progress towards fulfilling choices.
4. Self-reflectiveness: people evaluate motives, values and life goals. - 7Self-Efficacy"the belief in one's capabilities to organize and execute the courses of action required to manage prospective situations".
