*Structure: The poem is composed of 18 stanzas of 6 lines each. The rhythmic scheme that follows is ABCBBB makes use of the internal rhyme and the alliteration is of lyric gender. The number of syllables is 16 or 15 and it is usually accentuated on the 15. The verse can be divided into two equal parts of 8. 11 octosyllables appear since the 6 verses of the stanza are double octosyllables except the sixth one which is simple.
*Introduction: The approach would be the introduction of the poem in which the narrator tells the loss of his beloved Leonor and the depression he feels for her. The knot would be the meeting and discussion between the narrator and the raven and the outcome would be that the narrator plunges into absolute sadness and loneliness assuming that he will never get out of his solitude.
*Development or knot: A distressed man sleeps on some books, unable to take the image of his beloved Leonora away from his thoughts, wishing that the night would disappear and the new day would ease the pain of absence. - 2*Point of greatest interest: The central theme of the poem is endless devotion. The narrator experiences a perverse conflict between the desire to remember and the desire to forget.
