Questão Responda
SIMPLE HARMONIC MOTION The motion of a body whose acceleration is directly proportional to displacement from a fixed point and is always directed torwards that point
Equilibrium Position the position where a body executing simple harmonic motion is at rest
Cycle a complete to and from movement
Period time taken for one complete oscillation
Frequency the number of complete oscillations per unit time
Angular Frequency the rate of change of angle
Phase Difference time interval or phase angle by which one wave leads or lags another
Amplitude maximum displacement from equilibrium position
Interchange of energy in S.H.M Potential energy is 0 at equilibrium position whilst kinetic energy is maximum. At maximum displacement i.e amplitude ,kinetic energy is 0 and potential energy is maximum
