Science and Society
- Science and societies are related because we need to have an understanding of science when we use it and what its limitations are.
- Pure science has no ethical or moral viewpoints.
- Science is affected by society because of bias. (ex: different doctors will have different PERSONAL opinions of different medications.
- Understanding science helps us realize that we can predict the consequences of our own actions and take a role in helping prevent harmful things that could happen to us or our environment in the future.
