Solutions
1. Self help schemes
  1. Where people help themselves
    1. The government trains local people so they can do things themselves
      1. Provides Skills, jobs & community spirit
  2. E.g. Oxfam / Comic relief
    1. Educate people about birth control
  3. E.g Practical Action
    1. Train people to build bricks and roof tiles so homes can be improved
2. Government led schemes
  1. The government comes in and does all the work
    1. E.g Improve water & sanitation
