1. Humoral immunity (B lymphocytes)

   • Produce and mature in the bone marrow.present 30% in the blood
   • Memory cells
     • memory cells memorize the event and when the same antigene will expose in future they would produce antibodies rapidly.
   • Plasma cells
     • plasma cells produce antibodies to counter microbe.

2. Cell mediated immunity (T lymphocytes)

   • Produce in the bone but mature in the thymus.60%-70% mature T lymphocytes are present in the blood.
   • Helper T cells
     • memory cell
     • cytotoxic t cells
       • These cells release cytokines which activate b cells and other macrophagous to kill antigene.
