- It is a methodology designed to develop quality products or services
to meet the increasingly changing needs of customers. With it you
plan, create, check and improve the result. Its main feature is to make
fast and continuous deliveries. To achieve this, a project is divided
into small parts, which is completed and delivered in a required time.
Among its main benefits are quality (there is a phase of correction
and improvement of the result), speed (shorter production cycles) and
productivity (assignments to a multidisciplinary team, able to deliver
according to the requirements of the company).
- The steps of the Agile
process are as follows:
- Diagnosis (Product owner, StakeHolders,
Agile Manager): Includes requirements
analysis and brainstorming.
- Design (Product owner, StakeHolders,
Scrum Master): Includes design
documentation and prototyping
- Development (Scrum Master, Team Members): Includes
construction, testing, review and clarification. It is an
iterative process.
- Quality assurance (Scrum Master, team
members): Includes identification and
resolution of defects.
- Deployment (team members, product
owner): Includes production start-up
and after-sales support.
- Diagnosis (Product owner, StakeHolders,
Agile Manager): Includes requirements
analysis and brainstorming.
- Agile methodology is a type of
research, explanatory,
descriptive and exploratory.
