Values

1. Solidarity

   • Unaminity, unity, agreement, harmony
     • Solidarity is one importante value, it is the unity or agreement of feeling or action, especially among individuals with a common interest; mutual support within a group.
       • "The first step in the evolution of ethics is a sense of solidarity with other human beings". Albert Schweitzer
       • Solidarity attacks problems such as poverty, an example would be foundations and people willing to help, contribute and share. Not thinking only in ourselves, but in others.
       • Solidarity helps me to put myself in the shoes of others, to help, to share and to be a better human being.

2. Equality

   • Fairness , Impartiality, Justice, egalitarianism
     • Equality is an essencial value which consists in the state of being equal, especially in status, rights, or opportunities.
       • "Equality is the soul of liberty; there is, in fact, no liberty without it." -Frances Wright
       • INEQUALITY attacks "minorities"; this is what generates racism, sexism and corruption. It is the one that allows oppressors and intolerants to treat people as if they were less. It is also one of the causes of social classes. Equality solves that.
       • Equality is the value that helps us take everyone into account equally in different situations. It is the one that harmonizes society.

3. Tolerance

   • Respect, patience, forbearance
     • The value of tolerance is the ability or willingness to tolerate the existence of opinions or behaviour that one dislikes or disagrees with.
       • “It's an universal law-- intolerance is the first sign of an inadequate education. An ill-educated person behaves with arrogant impatience, whereas truly profound education breeds humility.” ― Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn
       • Tolerance attacks problems such as homophobia, xenophobia, racism, sexism. Because it allows us to understand differences.
       • Tolerance is an influential factor in my life, since it has allowed me to accept and mainly respect differences. It has also helped me to be patient with what I don't agree with or what doesn't work for me.

4. Dialogue

   • Conversation, communication, talk, argument
     • The value of dialogue is basically tha bility to comminucate and take part in a conversation or discussion to resolve a problem

       • The dialogue attacks problems such as la guerrilla, inconveniences between countries, as this is a good solution to these problems. Also in personal relationships, dialogue avoids problems or misunderstandings.
       • The dialogue in my life has helped me to express my disconformities, what I feel and so on in a healthy and soluble way. It is very important to implement it in our lives to avoid inconveniences or misunderstandings.
