   • If the appropiate variable is not chosen, the result will not allow adequate decision making regardless of the quality of the selected model.

   • Relationships between random variables containing models area commonly forgotten during programming

4. Erros when determining the type of distribution associated with the model random variables

   • It is a problem of a similar nature only in this case the error is made in the inappropriate distributions.

5. Lack of statistical analysis of the results

   • It is common that a simulation model has been criticized for the belief it is a tool designed for optimization

6. Information obtained

   • The information colleted based on a study is used incorrectly this in part because of the format in which the data are represented

7. Lack of access or detail model

   • On many occasions a process is simplified so much that it tends to look like a black box that prevents us from seeing what is happening inside.
