1. Anxious patients

   • For example those who star getting anxious if we don't give them an explication about a treatment or a procedure
     • A characteristic of this patients is that they can be dependant of a medicine or they are not diagnose with anxiety
   • TIP.
     • Don't deal with them or fight verbally because they can also get agressive if we don't answer what they want to listen

2. Furious patients

   • Are those who are always trying to fight or getting the reason even they don't have it
   • TIP
     • Keep calm and try also to calm down the patient because our own body language can make that the patient get more furious

3. Agressive patients

   • Are those one who they don't accept any kind of recomendation and they are always fighting also with non verbal communication, they actions make the medical team be afraid of dealing with them
   • TIP
     • You need to be clear with the decition you choose and the patient needs to understand it and accept it. Let him know that you are the expert and that he or she doesn't have the reason

4. Depressive patients

   • Are the ones who are always quiet, when you ask for something they dons answer or they are always sad or they think they need a medcine to be ok with everyone
   • TIP
     • Ask them about their day or how are they feeling at that moment, Or what could you do to make them feel better or with more energy

5. Manipulative patients

   • Are those one who they want to get what they said just because of they disease or because you have a great realtion with them. Most of the times they use their disease to manipulate you and get more medicine, or a sign for their benefit.
   • TIP
     • Explain to the patient that not because you have a great relationshio with them they can get whatever they want at the time they said, because it can cost your job.
