1. Analyze Learners

   • In this step,teacher identifies the learner's characteristics,expectations,prior knowledge
     • Learners are group of people to whom teacher delivers the information.
       • *Ages of students *Cultures and ethnics *Lesson content of targeted learners *Previous contents learnt

2. Assure is an instructional design that aims to embrace technology for learning.

3. Evaluate and Revise

   • This final step focuses on evaulation of the effectiness and outcomes of strategies,materials,media used to check if LO are met and if not,teacher can revise and improve.
     • *Take feedbacks *Reflect on student participation etc.

4. Select method,media and materials

   • In third step,teacher decides which media,materials will be used based on content.
     • Selecting and modifiying available,prior or new materials

5. Utilize media and materials

   • This step focuses on how media and materials will be implemented to the lesson.
     • 5P Rules: 1-Preview Materials 2-Prepare Materials 3-Prepare Environment 4-Prepare Learner 5-Provide learning experience
       • *Checking electrical equipment *Sequence of using materials etc.

6. State Objectives

   • The second is to outline the outcomes that are expected at the end of lesson.
     • Outcomes needs to be specific and measurable.Those are commonly referred as "Learning Outcomes".
       • ABCD Method.

7. Require Learning participation

   • This step actively focuses on how students will be engaged in the lesson.
     • Accomplishing group works,interactive discussions,question&answers.
       • *Warm-ups *Making dialogue pairs *Quizlets etc.
         • Here we can see how teacher and students interact with the help of individual and group warm-up and pair works.
