- parallel
- in parallel circuits different components are connected on different branches of the wire. If you follow the circuit diagram from one side of the cell to the other, you can only pass through all the differents components if yuo follow all the branches
- open
- An incomplete electrical circuit in which no current flows
- close
- An electricac circuit providing an uninterrupted, endless path for the flow of current
- series
- if you follow the circuit diagram from one side of the cell to the other, you should pass through all the different components, one after the other, without any branches. if a lamp breaks is disconnected, the circuit is broken and all the components stop working
- parallel
is a path between two or more points along which an electrical current can be carried
