1. Brainstorming

   • is a technique of group to generate original ideas on a topic or determined problem in a relaxed environment in the shortest possible time.
   • Process

       • Go for quantity, not quality
       • No criticism is accepted
       • All ideas are welcome
       • You can transform other ideas

2. Diagram causes effect

   • Allows you to look at the problems of the process in order to find the base and thus make it not happen again
   • Steps:

       • 5M
         • 1. Labor
         • 2. Materials
         • 3. Machinery
         • 4. Method
         • 5. Environment
     • 3. Identify relevant causes (to rule out using evidence)

3. Checklist

   • are formats created to perform activities repetitive, check compliance with a list of requirements or collect data in an orderly and systematic manner.
   • How to use checklists?
     • What needs to be checked or checked.
     • What is the criterion of conformity or nonconformity (what is correct and what is wrong).
     • Who performs the check and what are the applicable procedures.

   • It is a technique system that consists in examining any problem by asking "why" question, to find the root cause

     • Corrective causes are established.

   • It is a group technique that helps to understand structure of a global problem through the analysis of the verbal affinities
   • Steps
