2. Present continuous

   • DQ: When is the restaurant closing?
   • IndQ: Can you tell me when the restaurant is closing?

3. Past simple

   • with ' be'
     • DQ : Why was he late for the meeting?
     • Ind Q : Can you tell me why he was late for the meeting?
   • with any verb except 'be'
     • DQ : Why did Amanda call John yesterday?

4. Present perfect
