Inventory Department

1. Create work orders for location 02. Based on sales and min & max.

   • Run auto orders for location 01.
     • Maintains the required stock for shipping department.
       • Post work orders from ALL the departments
         • Timely manages the work order process.

2. Set up BOM’s in the system.

   • Creates and maintains formulas and BOM.

3. Supervises the everyday responsibilities of the inventory,portioning rooms, warehouse, blending and Automobile personnel.

   • Create work orders for blending and hand portioning. According to sales orders.
     • Create blending schedule.
       • Create schedule for key pack rooms and hand portioning.

4. Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock.

   • Plans and develop cycle counting .
     • Defines the proper identification and location of allergens according to governmental regulations and company’s policies and procedures.
       • Manages the Inventory Control processing for the end of the month.
         • Generates the files of current ,new and unused items to support customer relations and purchasing departments.
           • Alerts the team to Potential supply issues.

5. Tracking and changing bin locations .

   • Assign pallet tag and bin location to new items.

6. Coordinate Automobile trips during the day.

   • Send work orders to Automobile. ( by date and month)
     • Schedule Automobile work orders.

7. Compares stock numbers , authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs,manuals and similar references to verify accuracy of requisitions and shipping orders.

   • Complies stock control records and information such as consumption rate,characteristics of items in storage to determine stock supply and need for replenished.
     • Reports to Quality Control any potential issue that may have a negative impact in the food safety and quality.
   • Recruiting,hiring,and training new employees.
     • Solve any employee issues.
