1. It is a process through wich two or more people can express their ideas and feelings, carry on a conversation and establish emotional relationships.

2. Characteristics

   • Multi-channel
     • can send a message by whatsapp, radio, internet, a letter
       • Actually, we are a social creatures so we found or create many channels where we can communicate with others.
   • Free
     • You can choose everything you want to say and how to say it
       • It is limited only by the type of code used
       • Well we need to be careful with what we say and who is our receiver to don't give a wrong message
   • Essential
     • If it is eliminated, the way to communicate and new methods of doing so will always be sought
       • It is a basic need

3. The body language can say more than words, you can say that are agree with something and your face expression can say that you aren't

   • Is very important, because your body language could be according with the things that you are saying.

4. Communication process

   • The basic communication process is when a person "sender" contacts another "receiver" through a message (wich is sent through a channel) and expects the latter to give a response to the that has been transmitted to you

5. Differences between Interpersonal communication and Intrapersonal communication

   • Intrapersonal is about exchange with other, speaking ang having a feedback
     • Intrapersonal however, is communicating internally with one's own inner thoughts and mind.

6. Importance

   • This is very importan, because we are social creatures and we need interact and share with others around us.
