  1. Leadership

    • What is leadership?
      • Leadership is the ability to inspire a team to achieve a certain goal. It’s usually discussed in the context of business, but leadership is also how you, as an individual, choose to lead your life. The definition of leadership is to influence, inspire and help others become their best selves, building their skills and achieving goals along the way. You don’t have to be a CEO, manager or even a team lead to be a leader. Leadership is a set of skills – and a certain psychology – that anyone can master.
    • THE IMPORTANCE OF LEADERSHIP
      • The importance of leadership lies in the ability to get things done. Leadership allows you to communicate a clear vision and then unite your team around that vision. Companies with great leaders are creative, innovative and agile. They also have positive company cultures with a sense of purpose and passion. Ultimately, effective leadership improves your company’s bottom line, resulting in less turnover and a mindset of continuous improvement.
    • Leadership characteristics
      • Communication: Proper communication is essential to convey a leader's ideas. Communicating clearly, directly and concisely will allow reaching a greater number of people. Setting an example: For a leader to be followed, he/she must first commit to the cause and contribute as if he/she were any other person.Empathy: Knowing and understanding the situation of other people is very important when influencing a group of people. This characteristic makes the leader approachable. Trust: Any type of relationship is based on trust. If there is no trust with the leader, such leadership will dissolve over time. Security: Security and certainty in decision making is something that is highly perceived by society. The greater the degree of security shown, the greater the reach of the leader. Motivation: When we hear motivating and optimistic words that allow us to face life from a different point of view, the leader's impact and influence on people increases.
    • Advantages
      • Better interpersonal relationships. Low probability of falling into comfort zones. A culture of personal and business improvement is created. Aspiring to be better is a contagious attitude. Positive attitudes benefit individuals and companies.
    • Disadvantages
      • Appearance of comfort zones. Contagion of conformism to the personnel. Stagnation. It can cause bad personal relationships with collaborators who wish to improve themselves
  2. TYPES OF LIDERSHIP

    • What is a leader?
      • The leader is that person who knows how to direct people to their best effort, is the person who distinguishes himself from the group, exerting an influence and incentive to achieve a common goal, having skills such as the systematization of ideas, the correct decision making among others focused on oneself. The leader is that person who encourages, teaches, listens and facilitates the execution of all the people at his command and makes his people become champions. You have a responsibility to promote how to ask for high performance from your followers. Act as a guide. It is that person whose qualities allow him to influence others, to develop tasks or activities.
    • What is a boss?
      • a boss is a person who rules over others. There may be bosses in different contexts, such as in families, political parties, civil associations or in business organizations, the latter case being the one we are interested in highlighting. is an individual who has power or authority over a group where he directs the tasks or activities. Thus, it is a person who leads or commands others, his subordinates or subordinates, with commitment and attribution according to a specific hierarchical order. The objective of the boss is to define, decide and select the most appropriate alternatives for the best functioning of the areas under his responsibility, and thus achieve the objectives set in the best possible way.
  3. Motivacion and emotional intelligence

    • Motivation
      • In psychology and philosophy, motivation are the stimuli that move the person to perform certain actions and persist in them for their culmination. It is the will to make an effort to achieve the goals of the organization, conditioned by the capacity of the effort to satisfy some personal need.
    • Emotional intelligence
      • The term emotional intelligence refers to the human capacity to feel, understand, control, and modify emotional states in oneself and others, emotional intelligence is not to stifle emotions, but to direct and balance them.
    • MOTIVATION TECHNIQUES
      • JOB ENRICHMENT, QUALITY OF WORK LIFE PROGRAM AND 3 NEEDS THEORY.
  4. SELF-ESTEEM

    • How can self-esteem be described?
      • Self-esteem is an assessment that a person has of himself. Being a personal assessment, it does not have logical or rational causes, rather it is based on a set of bodily, mental and emotional traits that the person takes into account before issuing the assessment.
    • sense of personal competence
      • the sense of personal competence is the security that a person has that they are prepared to deal with the situations that arise throughout life. This feeling gives the peace of mind knowing that, based on our knowledge and skills, we will be able to get ahead, whatever the problem that arises. People who feel competent have high self-esteem and feel confident about themselves. On the contrary, a person who believes that he is not competent will feel insecure and will live in fear of changes and new situations, which will reduce his self-esteem.
    • involvement in leadership
      • Managerial leadership is the process of directing various work activities of the members of a group or organization and directly influencing them. The aforementioned definition has four very important implications: The first is that leadership includes other people; to followers or employees. The members of the group or organization, given their own will to accept the orders of the person in charge of leadership, help a lot to define the position of that leader and thus allow the leadership process to pass pleasantly; if there were no people to command, leadership characteristics would be totally irrelevant
