       • UML Class Model Building Blocks:
         • UML class models can be used to create tables by mapping classes to tables, mapping attributes to table fields, mapping associations to foreign keys depending upon the multiplicities of the association, and creating new tables to implement many-to-many relationships.

         • Attributes
           • Attributes for each class include the primary key, foreign key, and those that describe the characteristics of the class.
           • Foreign Key
             • FKs allow tables to be linked together and are the primary keys of other tables to allow linking.
           • Primary Key
             • PK define each instance of a class in a unique way.

         • Multiplicities
