   • The letters ROM stand for read only memory .

2. The type of memory for ROM is a memory that cannot be changed .It not volitile.

   • The type of memory for RAM is volitile.
     • They differ because one is volaitile and the other is not.

3. Volitile is a type of computer memory that will only keep data as long as the power is on .
