1. This organizational tools shows all the scope on the project, broken down into manageable deliverables.

   • Provides a structured vision for the project and helps to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks

     • This plan tells you about all the processes you’ll use to create the WBS.

3. RULES

   • 1. The WBS is created with help the team
   • 2.Each Level of the WBS is a smaller piece of the previous level
   • 3.The entire project is included in each of the highest levels of the WBS. Eventually some levels will be broken down further than others
   • 4.The WBS includes only deliverables that are required for the project
   • 5.Deliverables not in the WBS are not part of the project

       • Baselines are simply the final, approved version of certain pieces of the project management plan
   • WBS Dictionary
     • Provides a description of the work to be done for each EBS work package
       • the WBS dictionary describes the schedule milestone, the acceptance criteria, durations interdependencies, adn other information about the work package
