more than 22% returns to their stakeholders compared to companies rated
poorly in managing talent. Only 21% of CEOs believe they have adequate
talent. Hence, HR for the future needs to be vitally concerned with how to
help organizations unleash full potential of their employees. The
Summit, “HR for the Future – Unleashing Human Potential” aims to bring

Skill building can
be viewed as an instrument to improve the effectiveness and contribution of
labour to the overall production. It is as to take the growth rate of the
economy to a higher trajectory and help in realisation of the ‘Make in India’
dream. Various challenges on skill
development, that merit attention, range from role that Employment Exchanges
play, to lack of effective training programmes, to Management of the
Vocational Education and Training System. The Management of these systems is
fragmented and shared between various institutions, which provides a lot of
scope to improve coordination between them and their effectiveness through enhancing
functional partnerships. There are challenges of funding, autonomy & accountability.
The session will showcase innovative practices for Skill building.

Human resources are like the nuts & bolts
which are vital to the smooth movement of the wheels of the business. CEOs

line in the near future if adequate solutions are not found to pressing
issues of insufficient leadership talent, lack of alignment of individual
& business objectives and low employee satisfaction. In this session,
CEOs shall share their expectations from HR in the face of the six mega
trends that are transforming the global business environment – globalization,
