Globalization is the key context for business ethics and particularly in today’s environment of business.

Business ethics is the study of business situations, activities and decisions where issues that are right and wrong are addressed.

Morality is the concern of our norms, our values and beliefs.

Culturally based and how they are embedded in our social processes.

What we do and then how we define right and wrong, that individual, the group or the organisation or even the wider country, community or whatever you are operating in.

Quite often one of the most common things to think about is bribery. In a lot of western countries bribery is not done. We consider it unethical but in some countries, some places, bribery is part of the actual business process.

Ethics is concerned with the study of morality and the application of reason to hallucinate specific rules and principles that determine right and wrong for any given situation.

We will be looking at that and breaking it down and trying to understand it, discuss it and really, I guess in some ways, really familiarising yourself with it and questioning and exploring.
