The HRM department in clothes-4-us is very effective as it shows many of the functions of the HRM.

Training and Development

The HRM show training and development for their employees. This teaches employees the knowledge, skills and attitude they need to perform the duties of their jobs properly. Aoife and Oliver invest in "staff training".

Performance Appraisal

The HRM also shows performance appraisal . this involves HR manager assessing each other on how well they carried out their tasks that was assigned to them. "HR department meet employees annually to review their progress.
