• People use different types of strategies in correcting errors. Collect data on which strategies your particular audience uses.
• Don’t assume a population will be unable to finish a task just because they're older.
• In addition to young vs. old think of expert vs. novice. What errors would an expert make vs. a novice? Include this in your observations too.
