A DAY IN MY LIFE

• I get up at about half past seven. I listen to the radio and make breakfast. I have some mates and toast with cream cheese.
•

• After breakfast, I brush my teeth. I work on my computer for four hours.
• At midday, I make lunch. I often eat salads, pasta or breaded meat.
•

• After lunch, I wash the dishes and watch TV.
• From 3: 00 to 7:00 I continue working, preparing classes, marking some papers and doing research.

• In the evening, I usually practise pilates or yoga at home, or ride my exercise bike.

• Before dinner, I have a shower. Then I cook and listen to music. I like rock and pop. My favourite bands are Queen, Coldplay and Maroon Five.

• After dinner I like spending some time with my family, talking, watching a series on Netflix or relaxing.
• I sometimes have a cup of tea before I go to bed.
