2) Desirable: Sends PAgp initiation msgs

3) Auto: Passively listens to PAgp msgs

LACP(802.3ad)

modes:

1) on:

2) active: send LACP initiation msgs

3) passive: listens LACP

LACP: we can have few ports as active and other on standby( waiting for active to go down)
