Project Title: Redesign and rebuild a network in 3500 Square feet building at Sheffield

Project Start Date: 01/02/2017

Projected Finish Date: 01/06/2017

Budget: £15000

Roles and Responsibilities

- Separate the trainers into categories which 10 team members move to Sheffield Branch

- Desktop needed to be transferred to the Sheffield office

- 3500 square empty office room need to be design, positioning furniture and IT equipment

- 13 program station needed to be set in which 10 for DLT, two for guest and visitors, one for manager

- Set up required for DLT to access Montrose LTD network, Wi-Fi and student registration system

- DLT’s personal laptops needed to be synchronized to their desktops and mobile phones.

- Equipment required web camera, photocopier, wiring, cabling, trunking

with a preplan all the equipment should be moved to new office. The 3500 square building will be Designed for office placing IT equipment and furniture. 13 workstations should be set up for DLT with accessing Montrose LTD network, Wi-Fi and student registration system as well as DLT’s personal laptops needed to be synchronized to their desktops and mobile phones.
