Challenge: Larger classrooms (28-30 students)

Solution: Constantly be aware of what the students are doing, to keep them on task. Some teachers are even able to see all the students' computer screens through their own computer.

Solution: Stop the students every so often to go over the progress they should have made or about what "step" they should be on.

Solution: Allow students to work at personal pace if needed.

Solution: Make sure you have some sort of rules and/or behavior system (like mark a grade or flip a card), and remind the students so they are aware and will behave well.

Solution: Group the students, that way it's is easier to keep an eye on everyone and what they're doing.

Solution: Each day or at the end of each week, talk (individually) to each student about assignments or any questions they may have. This way, each student gets individual attention from the teacher.

Solution: Make every student feel welcomed and comfortable in your classroom.

Solution: You can have the students do an activity where they anonymously tell someone else what they like about them.
