1Ugly
When I was seven they said I was [blank_start]strange[blank_end]
I noticed that my [blank_start]eyes[blank_end] and [blank_start]hair[blank_end] weren’t the same.
I asked my parents if I was OK
They said you’re more [blank_start]beautiful[blank_end] and that’s the way
They show that they wish that they had your [blank_start]smile[blank_end]
So my confidence was up for a while,
I got real [blank_start]comfortable[blank_end] with my own style
I knew that they were only [blank_start]jealous[blank_end] ’cause
Chorus
People are all the same
And we only get judged by what we do
[blank_start]Personality[blank_end] reflects name
And if I’m [blank_start]ugly[blank_end] then so are you, so are you
There was a time when I felt like I cared
That I was [blank_start]shorter[blank_end] than everyone there
People made me feel like [blank_start]life[blank_end] was unfair
And I did things that made me ashamed
’Cause I didn’t know my [blank_start]body[blank_end] would change
I grew [blank_start]taller[blank_end] than them in more ways
But there will always be the one who will say
Something bad to make them feel [blank_start]great[blank_end] .
Chorus (x2)
Everybody talks [blank_start]bad[blank_end] about somebody and
Never realizes how it affects somebody and
You bet it won’t be forgotten
Envy is the only thing it could be
