Using a Presentational Package!

• A presentation Package combines text, graphics, sound and video it can also be called multimedia. Animation features allow users to add moving images, create a path for objects when they enter or leave a slide. Headers and footers can include the date and slide number. slide notes enable the developer to include details that an be read or referred to when presenting the information. Backgrounds and themes change the text colours and background graphics on the slide. Navigation buttons and hyperlinks allow users to select different pathways through the presentation the user click son a link or button to move from one slide to another. Master slides contain items that appear on every slide. you can print a variety of layouts for different uses. hand-out layout shows three slides per page with a set of lines beside each for writing. A slide transition determines how the slide appears on the screen you can vary aspects if the transition.

Developing a Presentation!

• Planning is an important part of developing a presentation, before using the software it is important that you consider the content and structure of the presentation. identify the target audience and any special requirements it might have. produce a storyboard, a story board will help you decide how slides link together.

Testing a Presentation!

• before using a presentation with the target audience, you should test it: to ensure that there are no grammar or spelling mistakes, to ensure that all pictures are present, to ensure that all hyperlinks and buttons link to the correct slides, to ensure that any embedded or linked flies operate as expected, to ensure hat any special effects work as planned, to rehearse any timings set.
