    29. MINDS WANDER 30 PERCENT OF THE TIME
It is said that mind wandering is similar to daydreaming but day dreaming refers to any stray thoughts, fantasies or stories we imagine opposed to mind wandering is about doing one task and then switching into thinking on something unrelated to the task.
Our minds wander 30% of the time and it’s considered a very common phenomenon.

Slide 2

Mind wandering can be good because it allows one part of the brain to focus on a task and another part of the brain is processing other information, it is also known that people who wander a lot are more creative and better problem solvers.

Slide 3

On the other hand, it can be bad because we can miss important information, for this reason it is crucial to build in feedback which willhelp people to get back to the original task.
