    1. Sensory Goal Statement
    It is a specific statement of your goal includes what you want to achieve, when you want to achieve it, and specify a measure to let you know when you have achieved it. Divided into Three main Statements: 1. Must be result oriented (what you want to get out of your achievement) 2. Time specific (you must determine a specific time when will your goal be achieved)   3. Must be measurable (specify a criterion that let you know when your accomplishment is complete)     (help you to measure your progress along the way and take corrective actions if you moving of              target)

    3. Positive Consequences
        Write a list of all the advantages and rewards you will experience as a result of achieving your vision.

    4. Sensory vision
    Write a detailed description of the positive sensory impressions you will experience when your goal is achieved. Imagine you have just achieved your goal, what is your imagination for each of the following: Sight: what is your vision for yourself after the achievement, how people will see you ? Sound: what sound you hear after you have achieved your goal ? Feel: how do you feel after finishing your goal ? Taste: what is the taste of success ? Smell: what odor do you smell after reaching your goal ? Emotion: what is your emotion after success ? do you become more confident ? By these steps you are preparing your brain and heart for moving toward your goal and focus on achieving your goal rather than anything else.

    The 4 Steps For Achieving Your Goal
    First step: at the morning review Sensory Goal statement, your photograph of achievement and list of rewards for achieving your goals, it reminds you why you need to succeed) do it every single morning. Second step: recall touch, smell, taste of success. Third step: mentally review all the events the occurred during the day, do you have a new experience that help you toward your goal and make you vision richer and clear. Fourth step: review your Sensory Goal statement again, as you falling asleep play your sensory reach scenario of achievement over and over again in your head, imagine your success and be patient in your result, and focus on keep going for your next day in your goal’s journey.
