A Thread is an execution flow, two different threads can have different execution flows.
A Process is a thread + Address space
you can have a full utilisation of the CPU
In thread you can get concurrency and more utilization
Advantage of threads is very fast IPC
Disadvantage is there is no isolation, there have to be trust between different threads
