Ordering

- New customers, credit application form, submitted to credit rating agency, generate a customer number and sale order is placed.

- Existing customers, credit limit checked to ensure not exceeded, if not, then the order can be placed

- A copy of the SO is kept in the sales department so that a check can be carried out to ensure all sales are fulfilled.

Another copy is sent to warehouse department so they can know which goods to ship to the customer.

Despatch

- Goods are placed into their shipment packages and confirmation is made to ensure the customer receives the goods they ordered.
