Every business is legally required to provide training in how you can ensure the food that you prepare and serve at work is safe to eat and meets current health and hygiene standards. This course provides basic training in relation to food and health safety in the work environment. At the end of the course you will take a quiz to test your understanding of the content involved with food and health safety in the hospitality industry.
