Mark out the measurement according to my design using steel ruler,pencil and tri-square on the raw peice of acrylic

​Cut out the piece of acrylic according to my design using the scroll machine

Chloroform the pieces of acrylic together

Clamp the pieces of chloroformed acrylic on the lathe machine

Are the alignment of the acrylic correct?

Start cutting the acrylic on the lathe

Managed to get the correct diameter?

Is there a need to drill a center hole on the piece of acrylic?

Drill the hole on the materials on the lathe machine and using the correct drill bit size

Is the diameter of the hole correct??

Use the dry and wet sandpaper to remove the fine marks at the edges of the acrylic pieces.

Managed to remove all the fine marks on the acrylics?

Polish the edge to shine on the lathe machine

Are all the edges of the acrylic shiny?

Managed to finish this of the artefact
