Joining

Open Active Directory, click on domain, click on specific Domain

against each location, click on users and then click new to create the user

Enter First name,

Tittle, Last name

& User logon

name and click on Next

Enter password,

confirm password

and click on Next

Click on users,

Right click, click on Find, enter the employee

number and click on Find

Right click on the

name of employee &

click on Properties

Enter Telephone

number and E-mail

of new employee

in General section

then click on

Organization section

Enter Job Tittle,

Department, click

on Address section

and enter Address

of employee &

click on Apply

After creation of new user,

BOT will send a mail to HR

including name, password,

employee number,

department and designation

of the new employee

Store new user

data in SQL

database as a

log

Click on

finish

Deletion

Click on specific

Domain against

each location,

and then right

click on users,

and then click on Find

Enter the employee

number & click on

Find

Right click on the

name of employee,

click on Disable

Account

At the same time BOT

will enter the deletion

time in the database.

Exactly at 11.00 PM BOT

will delete the user and

send a mail to the HR

Data will be stored in SQL

database as a

log

Click on

OK

Particular name

will be shown on the

down side

A mail will

be sent

to the user

A mail will
