•Agressiveness and ability are believed to be responsible for leading a person to great achiebements, not fate or destiny

•One most strive for the best

Similarities

As far as i could find, there is no similarity between anglos and latinos, because they come form completely different cultures, share many thing but without any likeness

• Sense of punctuality

•Latinos are more of contact and teamwork, while anglo people are more individualists

•Anglo-problem solvers

•Latin-problem avoider

•Anglos are planners, while latinos are living by the day
