1. MOVLW

   • moves data into the WREG
   • MOVLW K - moves literal value K to the WREG

2. ADDLW

   • adds a literal value to the value in the WREG
   • ADDLW 34H - adds value '34H' to the value in the WREG

3. MOVWF

   • moves the value in the WREG to a destination in the fileReg
   • MOVWF PORTB - copies the value in the WREG into PORTB

4. ADDWF

   • Adds the contents of the WREG to the fileReg location X
   • ADDWF fileReg, W - adds contents of WREG and fileReg and puts it in the WREG
   • ADDWF fileReg, F - adds the contents of the WREG and fileReg and put result in fileReg

5. DECF

   • Decrements the contents of fileReg and places result in WREG or fileReg
   • DECF 0x20, F - dements loc. 20H result in fileReg

6. COMF

   • instruction complements (inverts) the contents of fileReg and places the result in WREG or fileReg
   • COMF PORTB, F - complements PORT B (55H now AAH)

7. MOVF

   • Moves the contents of fileReg to the WREG if D = 0 or W or copies the content of fileReg to itself if D = 1 or F
   • MOVF PORTB, W - moves data from PORTB into the WREG

8. MOVFF

   • Copies the contents of fileReg 1 to fileReg 2
   • MOVFF PORTB - copies contents of PORTB to PORTC

9. GOTO

   • Tells program to go to certain part of program

10. DECFSZ

    • Decrements the fileReg until its content is zero
