     • The KRIs tell you how have done in a perspective
     • Report on the results of many activities, so are backward looking and inform what has happened
     • Measure the effect of business activities but ignore the cause

   • WHAT ARE KPIs?
     • The KPIs are metrics that help us identify the performance of a certain action or strategy
     • these units of measure tell us our leven of performance based on the objectives we have set beforehand
     • they represent a set measures focosinf on those aspects of organizational performance that are most critical for the current and future sucess of the organization
     • in such a changing enviroment as it´s today, it´s necessary to periodically compare the results we are obtaining with the objectives set
     • this will allow us to find out if we are one the right track or if there are negative desviations if we aren´t getting the expect results
     • the KPIs will allow us to realize and be able to react in time
