2. PAST PASSIVE VOICE

   • Verb in Past Participle.
   • To be: was / were
   • Annexed ''by''
   • NEGATIVE
     • wasn't / weren't
   • INTERROGATIVE

3. Passive Voice is used when the focus is on the action.
