1. Normal fractions

   • Conversions
     • Decimals: To convert to decimal divide top by the bottom
     • Percentage: To convert fraction into percantage divide top by bottom and multiply by 100
   • Addition
     • If denominators are the same add numerators together
     • If denominators aren't same find a LCM
       • Multiply numerator by same amount
         • 3/8 + 9/4= 21/8
   • Multiplying Fractions
     • Numerator (Fraction x) x denominator (Fraction y)
       • Denominator (Fraction x) x numerator (Fraction x)

2. Algebraic Fractions

   • Simplyfying
     • Expand out the expression
       • Simplify the expression
         • Neaten out
   • Multiplying Algebraic Fractions
     • 2ab/3b multiplied by 3/2ab
       • Equals 6ab/6ab sqaured
         • Simplify to make b squared
